Nearly wanted to die my 1st day, and now just finished day #5. It’s seriously crazy, awesome 20 minute workout and I have already noticed a change in how I feel and my muscles (in how they ache all the time).

I took the past 3 days off. My FYI goes out to all of you who may be pondering this workout- don’t skip days, especially not 3 in a row! I finished the workout, but was considerably in worse shape when I started today than I was on Thursday. I did, however, finish with a kick. Yeah!
